Consultation & Quote

This is where we fine-tune the concept to ensure it’s exactly what you want.

Receive Your Custom Proposal

​You will receive:

A personalised quote (based on size, complexity, and materials).

A timeline estimate.

Step 3:
Approve & Secure Your Slot
Sign the Digital Contract

For clarity, sign a simple commission agreement covering all the details, including delivery and usage rights.

50% Deposit to Begin

Once approved a 50% deposit is required to secure your spot.​
Step 4:
Creation & Updates
Watch Your Artwork Come to Life

Depending on the artwork type a preliminary sketch or mood board will be sent for your approval before starting the final piece.

You will receive:

Progress photos at key stages.

Two rounds of minor revisions (if needed).

Note: Major changes after approval may incur additional fees.
