Every artwork I create tells a story. With a commission, you become part of that story—whether it’s for your home, a gift, or a commercial space. Together, we will craft a one-of-a-kind piece that resonates with your vision.

The Process

Step 1:
Share Your Inspiration

 Submit a Request 

  • Fill out the Commission Request Form (takes 5 minutes)

  • Share details about your desired artwork, including reference images, colour palettes, size, style, and any personal touches you would like to include.

Pro Tip: The more details you provide, the closer we’ll get to your dream piece!

Step 2:
Consultation & Quote

Let’s Talk​​

  • We’ll review your request and get in touch to discuss your vision, pricing, and timelines.​

  • This is where we fine-tune the concept to ensure it’s exactly what you want.

Receive Your Custom Proposal

​

​You will receive: 

  • A personalised quote (based on size, complexity, and materials).

  • A timeline estimate.

  • ​A contract outlining terms.

Step 3:
Approve & Secure Your Slot

Sign the Digital Contract

  • For clarity, sign a simple commission agreement covering all the details, including delivery and usage rights.

 50% Deposit to Begin

​​

  • Once approved a 50% deposit is required to secure your spot.​

Step 4:
Creation & Updates

Watch Your Artwork Come to Life

  • Depending on the artwork type a preliminary sketch or mood board will be sent for your approval before starting the final piece.

 You will receive:

  • Progress photos at key stages.

  • Two rounds of minor revisions (if needed).

​

Note: Major changes after approval may incur additional fees.

Step 5:
Final Approval & Delivery

 Approve the Finished Piece

  • High-resolution images of the finished artwork will be sent for your approval.​

​​

Balance Payment Due

​​

  • The remaining 50% payment is due before shipping/pickup.

​

Packaging & Shipping 

​

  • Your artwork is carefully packed and shipped to your location.

  • ​Shipping costs and any customs fees (for international orders) will be discussed beforehand.​

Step 6:
Enjoy Your Art!

Unboxing Guide & Care Instructions

  • Your unique artwork is ready to be admired and enjoyed for years to come!

  • Receive a certificate of authenticity and care instructions.
